Information about dividend payment

*A dividend is the portion of the profit that the company pays out to its shareholders. The amount to be paid is proposed by the Board of Directors and approved by the shareholders' meeting. The dividends are allocated to the Bank’s shareholders proportionally to their quota in the share capital.
In order to have the right to receive dividends, one person must be identify as MBSG’s shareholder in the Shareholders’ Register on the registration date established by the authority empowered to pay dividends.

Issuing of cash for shareholders of the bank is as follows:

• for legal entities - by the general accounting department, financial department in written request received by the bank;
• for individuals - by any branch based on valid identity document, if is the shareholder representative - will present attorney.

ATTENTION: According to provisions of art. 49 para.13 of the Law on Joint-Stock companies no.1134-XIII of April 2 1997 the dividends, not received by the shareholder due to his fault within three years from the date of occurrence of the rights on their reception, shall be used in the income of a company and cannot be requested by the shareholder.

Informații cu privire la plata dividendelor

*Dividendul este cota parte din profitul societății, ce se plătește acționarilor. Dividendele sunt distribuite acționarilor proporțional cu numărul de acțiuni deținute, raportat la capitalul social.

Pentru a avea dreptul la primirea dividendelor, trebuie să aveţi calitatea de acţionar al OTP Bank S.A. la data de înregistrare stabilită de organul abilitat de a plăti dividende.

Eliberarea mijloacelor bănești se va efectua pentru acționarii băncii dupa cum urmează:

• pentru persoane juridice – de către Departamentul Contabilitate în baza unei cereri scrise parvenite în adresa băncii,
• pentru persoane fizice – de către orice sucursală în baza actului de identitate legal valabil, în cazul reprezentantului acționarului – se va prezenta procura.

ATENȚIE: În conformitate cu prevederile art.49 ali.(13) din Legea Republicii Moldova nr. 1134/02.04.97 privind societăţile pe acţiuni Dividendele care nu au fost primite de acţionar din vina lui în decurs de 3 ani de la data apariţiei dreptului de primire a lor se trec la venitul Băncii şi nu pot fi revendicate de acţionar.
