Bank’s Council

The bank's Council represents the interests of the bank's shareholders between General Meetings and fulfill the general administration and control over the bank.

  

President of the bank and his deputies

The President of the bank has full rights to exercise the functions of the unipersonal executiv body. Executive body shall control all matters regarding current bank’s activity and ensure the fulfillment of the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders and decisions of the bank’s Council.
