In the context of the approval, on August 05, 2024, of the amendments related to Law No. 293 on some measures for the implementation of the State Program "Prima Casă", we inform you about the adjustment of the guarantee fee for loans under this project, from 0.5% to 0.4%, monthly, of the balance of the state guarantee, starting September 1, 2024.
