After two years of activity as President of the Executive Committee - CEO of the Bank, Mr. László Diósi decided to retire from his professional activity, this decision being a well-thought-out and assumed. Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Zoltán Major, expressed his gratitude for accomplished work and his unquestionable contribution to the bank's development, along with the best thoughts and wishes.
Until the appointment of a new CEO, the interim will be provided by Ms. Elena Guzun, Deputy CEO - Commercial Director Corporate Banking, Member of the Executive Committee of the Bank.
