How to apply?

Mobiasbanca has an automated database which records all resumes received from applicants.

To appear in this database, the shortest way is to submit your CV and motivation letter on our official website, in the "Submit CV" field. Thus, your resume will be automatically registered in our database, starting with the submission day.

Applicants’ CVs are stored in the bank database, at least, one year from the submission day.

The pathway of your CV

Once entered into the database, your resume may be selected when the recruitment applications appears, depending on the position options, as well as the profile and the number of available jobs offered by the bank.

CVs’ selection shall be based on criteria set by the subdivision requesting for the vacancy filling by external recruitment and selection.

Thus, the selected CVs are carefully analyzed and those who meet most of criteria will be contacted and invited to an initial recruitment interview.

The interview

To ensure the process objectivity, each applicant will be invited to, at least, two recruitment interviews, which will be performed by an expert of the Career Management and Recruitment Section, of the Human Resources Department and the person in charge for the position.

The interview is an important moment of mutual information exchange and assessing the candidate's professional and personal potential, according to the skills set for the job.
When invited to interview, the applicant submits, at least, a personal/professional skills test.
